53 lot Subdivision for private developer
Lanco was responsible for co-ordinating the project with other authority services. It involved designing roads and drainage, water supply and sewer reticulation within the subdivision, pump station and rising main (approx. 2.5 km) for the development, external 225mm water main (approx.2km) which crosses under a railway line. The project involved tendering the works, quality assurance auditing and project management.

Relocating YVW 375mm branch sewer. The project involves designing and project managing sewer and water infrastructure within the 35-unit development, including the civil works, telecommunications, electrical and gas.
