Unauthorised individuals are currently impersonating our business by using a look alike website domain (lanco-group.com.au — note the hyphen) to issue fake quotes and invoices, particularly for the sale of sheds, etc. These scammers are maliciously using our physical address and business details to appear authentic.

Please take note of the following to ensure you are communicating directly with us:
Official Domain & Website: Our only official website is lancogroup.com.au (no hyphen).
Email Communication: All legitimate emails from us will only ever come from our official @lancogroup.com.au domain.
Invoice Verification: If you receive a quote or an invoice from a domain containing a hyphen or if the bank details look unfamiliar, do not pay.

What to do if you are unsure:
If you have received any suspicious paperwork or want to verify the authenticity of an invoice before making a payment, contact us using our verified office number: 1300 152 626.
